We are open 24 hours a day but the doors are locked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. You must be a loyalty card member to unlock the doors between those hours.
Yes, we have attendants on hand from 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Our machines take cash, coins and the Fascard laundry card.
Yes, we have 6-load and 8-load machines that can wash big, bulky items like comforters and blankets or multiple loads at a time.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or between 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
We use premium detergents such as Tide, Gain, Persil, Ariel and Downy softener and Bounce dryer sheets.
Regular wash and fold service is $2.10/lb. If you are a recurring customer, it is $1.99/lb. and if you want your laundry back the same day it is $2.50/lb.
There is a $30 minimum for wash and fold orders.
Regular wash and fold service has a 24-hour turnaround time. It is an extra cost if you would like your laundry back the same day.
No, we never wash your laundry with anyone else's. We know this can lead to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service Monday - Friday.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.99 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.10 a pound.
There is a $30 minimum order for pickup and delivery orders.
Scheduling your pickup and delivery is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button to get started. If you sign up for recurring, you only have to do this once and we will come to your home on a regular basis.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next business day.
You do not have to be home to use our service. When you place your order, specify in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Please choose a secure location. Wet Cat Laundromat is not responsible for stolen laundry.
When you place your order there is a section called Preferences. You can leave any laundry instructions there. These are saved and will be done each time we do your laundry.
There is no long term commitment, you can cancel at any time. But we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit or debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in laundry bags or sturdy trash bags that can be cinched closed. You don't want your laundry spilling out!
If you are signed up for recurring service and you plan to be out of town, you can log into your account and suspend service until you return.
